Have Questions?
A few of the questions we hear most often from Palm Beach and Treasure Coast homeowners. If you don’t see yours below, just call (561) 462-2800 — a real person picks up.
From our Jupiter branch we cover the Palm Beach and Treasure Coast metros — Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, North Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Wellington, Boca Raton, Stuart, and the surrounding cities. Same-day arrival is typical for calls booked before noon. Calls where a family’s power, comfort, or safety is affected — outages, sparking outlets, breakers that won’t reset — always come first.
Yes. Florida Electrical Contractor license #EC13015487. Every dispatched job carries full general liability and workers’ comp coverage. You can verify the license live on myfloridalicense.com, and we’re happy to email a Certificate of Insurance before we schedule. Just ask when you book.
Every install we do is NEC 2023 and Florida Building Code compliant on the first inspection. In the rare case an inspector flags something, our crew returns at no charge and brings the work to code. We document panel manufacturer, breaker amp ratings, wire gauge, torque settings, and bonding on every job — so the warranty record stays solid for years.
Our standard hours are Mon–Fri 7am–8pm and Sat–Sun 8am–3pm. After hours, leave a voicemail and urgent calls — power outages, sparking outlets, anything affecting a family’s safety or comfort — go straight to an on-call technician. We do everything we can to keep your home running, whatever the hour.
A few signs it’s time to modernize: breakers that trip when the AC and microwave run together, flickering lights, a panel from the 1950s–80s (Federal Pacific, Zinsco, Pushmatic), or a planned addition (EV charger, pool pump, hot tub) that needs more headroom. A new 200A Square D or Eaton panel just means your home keeps up with the way you actually live — no babying the breaker box, no wondering if the next big appliance will tip it over.
South Florida sees more lightning than anywhere else in the country, plus regular FPL transformer pops and grid switching transients. A Type 2 surge protector at the panel costs roughly the price of one mid-range TV, but it keeps your fridge, AC, computers, TVs, and smart-home electronics riding out every storm without skipping a beat. It’s one of the simplest upgrades most homeowners can make for everyday peace of mind.
